It’s with great sadness, we share the news of Wendy’s sudden passing on the 22nd December 2025.
Wendy and her family were a massive supporters of BRNGB, both fundraising, transporting and adopting hounds, in particular Gertie in 2019, pictured with Wendy.
Wendy and her family tirelessly fundraised for both BRNGB and Brake Road Safety Charity after the loss of her son, Fraser, in 2017.
Wendy gave so much of herself to others, she was a wonderful, caring, warm, funny, loving woman. All of us ladies at BRNGB have such fond memories of spending time with her.
Wendy’s husband Andrew, and son, Cameron, have a Go Fund me page so they can fulfil Wendy’s wishes this coming year.

Wendy’s funeral will take place at St Mary’s church in Pulborough on Tuesday 13th January at 2pm. Andrew and Cameron have requested, those who attend could you possibly wear something with pink or red on please, as these were her colours. Whether its a shirt, tie, blouse, dress, nails etc.
You will be missed by so many Wendy. Our deepest condolences to Andrew, Cameron and all of your family and friends.
