Bertie joined the family the weekend of the 17th Feburary and as you can see is being spoilt rotten with a roast chicken dinner to help him settle into foster life whilst being assessed.
Bertie is quite nervous of the world but was an absolute gem on his transport to foster. At 3 years old he’s still very puppish, and he’s all legs. Maybe needs a little weight put on – yes he is a basset!
He’s so cuddly and loves to have a human to snuggle with.
