A beautifully quaint but fully equipped, two bedroom holiday cottage just a few minutes drive from the smal town of Spilsby and around 25 minutes drive to Skegness and many other quiet beaches.
Set on an 8 acre smallholding with with sheep , chickens , ducks , turkeys honey bees honey and Alpacas.
The cottage has a large dining kitchen , separate lounge with log burner, two bedrooms, upstairs WC and ground door bathroom.
There is parking 20 yards away on the drive of the family home.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear with outdoor seating
