Sally King organised a fabulous “Camp Basset in aid of BRNGB” which took place on from the 12th -14th August. Not only was there camping but also a fun day.
We estimate about 40 people and we guesstimate 45 hounds of various shapes, sizes and breeds (they didn’t stay still long enough to count!)
It was hot, but we had plenty of gazebos, water, paddling pools, cooling shirts and shade.
Both humans and hounds had a wonderful time, chatting, playing, eating BBQ, a mini early morning waddle, party games for the hounds, bake off and just general fun and games. There was also a raffle, auction and a bring and buy stall. All in all a splendid time was had by all.
A fabulous £1101.70 was raised for BRNGB.
