Milo has been a fabulous house guest with his foster. Absolutely adores a fuss, has taken well to having a routine in place and some structure.
He has the energy expected of a 2 year old hound; the puppy mouthing is settling; the mischief he likes to cause is still there, but now more restrained with positive guidance from his foster parents.
He’s described as a little tinker, who’s manners need some work….. and if you are a cat or a jogger he will stalk you, if you’re a car he will bark at you.
Milo loves a bit of neighbourhood watch and will yell hello to any passing neighbours through the window.
The garden pond did manage to eat Milo, which resulted in zoomies all over the house before he could be caught and put in the bath!
Milo has been very good at being left home alone and gets very excited when you come home to him.
Milo was a very good boy at the vets when he went for his MOT; he loves a walk, can be quite strong on lead and is partial to the odd flat basset or two; he adores playing with his toys and if the humans join in that’s even better.
He is a very good helping hand in the kitchen, whoever is in the kitchen will become the favourite person for that day; as for the recycling, he’s there to give a hand for that too!
All in all Milo is a little tinker, but a very loveable tinker!

Please give a big welcome to the lovely lad that is Milo.
Milo turned 2 earlier this month and has arrived into our care due to changes in his family’s circumstances. Milo has clearly been loved by all and we are grateful for his family reaching out to us to help them and of course Milo.
Milo arrived in our care today, and as you can see made a bee-line for a paddling pool and has already found his spot surveying the neighbourhood from the comfort of the sofa; apparently the armchair and footstool have also been acquired.
At the moment no wish list is needed for Milo. As with all of our hounds he will have a full vet check in the coming days and we will keep you updated as to his progress and needs.
For now, if you would like to donate to Milo’s care you can do so by either buying a raffle ticket for a holiday in a beautiful cottage, link below (sadly Milo won’t be joining you) or by using the link to donate, also below.
Milo has already had a little walk out to explore and is a very polite boy with all he meets and is settling in really well.
May Raffle – BRNGB – ends Sunday 31st May at 8pm

Thank you to Milo’s transport volunteers for your assistance in getting him to his foster home.
As with all the hounds on their arrival, Milo is under assessment. Any enquiries regarding his adoption will go unanswered at this time until we know more about him.
