We after what has been the longest season in history, Olive has now been signed off by the vet as fit and healthy.
Olive still rules the roost with her cheeky, funny, diva demanding ways; she is just such a loving happy girl.
She has won over the hearts of her foster family, foster dad being a hard nut to crack but Olive persevered and finally, after a lot of badgering and cuteness from Olive it was agreed that Olive has found her forever home and she will be remaining with her foster family.
We are so pleased to announce Olive has been officially adopted, under a spay agreement which BRNGB will ensure is done at the right time and be finally liable for.
Congratulations Olive and your now family.
Thank you to everyone who helped Olive find her new family and sorry to all of those broken hearts!

We have been quite quiet about Olive since she joined us as the first Hound of 2025.
Olive is still under assessment so any enquiries regarding adopting her, however cute, polite and begging will not be answered. We know you all love our Hounds, but we will not be answering questions about Hounds under assessment. Once they are ready to be blogged and adopted, you will be the first to know
To say she is a high energy, cheeky, attention seeking diva wouldn’t be wrong of us.
Her vet check went very well and she was a lovely weight of 15.2KG. A perfect bill of health was given.
She has settled into her foster home as if she’s always been there. She loves her walks, found the beach very exciting and play time as a secure field. She’s a brave girl who likes to investigate everything.
She has been somewhat fussy with food, but her foster family think that they’ve cracked that. It could also be something to do with hormones. Shortly after she arrived in foster she started the longest season known to man. We tried her with nappies, yeah she wasn’t a fan so it was a mass clean op operation for over 3 weeks for her poor foster family.
She did become quite an excessive humper with anything or anyone who sat/stood still long enough, and maybe her floozie side came out to play. She certainly sowed her determined side!
She’s a wonderful loving, cuddly, playful pup who has really brought joy and laughter to her foster family.
Thank you to everyone who donated to Olive’s wishlist, she loved everything in it.
Thank you for your support and love for Olive.

7 month old Olive joined the BRNGB family today. Please note she is under assessment and is not ready to be adopted so any enquiries regarding her will go unanswered.
We don’t know a lot about Olive, but she is a very playful, happy, good puppy. She knows basic commands, although she has already christened the kitchen floor. She’s had a busy afternoon playing hard and has discovered the sofa is a good place to snuggle.
She was very good on her transport run to foster and very polite and welcoming with play with the resident dog.
Olive will be going to the vet in the next few days for a full check up and we will know more after.
Olive does have a wish list, being a puppy there’s some toys and chews to keep her entertained as well as the boring things like a new harness and lead so she can enjoy her adventures safely.
There is also a link where you can donate if you would rather, towards Olive’s care.
Welcome Olive the first Hound of 2025, Hound number 677.
Thank you everyone including those who helped Olive find us
