Dolly joined the BRNGB family earlier today.  She’s a lovely, loving, cuddly girl who is nearly 10 years old.

Sadly however she has suffered for most of her life with a skin complaint which is leaving her skin inflamed, itchy, incredibly sore and potentially infected.

We know Dolly’s family did the best for her, and surrendering her to us was the best option for all and shows their love for her.

As you can see from the photos below, her skin is in a terrible state, she is sore, inflamed, itchy and smelly; we will be seeking vet advice and treatment for ASAP early this week.

She has already had a soothing bath since being in our care.

She really is proving to be a lovely lady, who has shown lots of cuddles and affection to her transporters and her foster family, both 2 legged and 4, in the very short time she has been with us.

We have been donated this wonderful hanging basket bracket by Leanne and David Rowe, who foster for us to raise funds for the hounds in our care.  We thought it would be fitting to start the Magic Number fundraiser for Dolly, who we fear is going to need a lot of treatment; treatment which we will ensure that she will get.

Now this, like Dolly, is a one off, there is a slight flaw in the lasering of this bracket, which makes it totally unique to the winner, there really isn’t another one out there!  We think it’s amazing and will be an added bonus to any garden

How to play:-

Pick a number between 1 and 100.

Pay £10.00 to either Paypal ([email protected]) or into the bank (AC 52372266 S/C 40-34-27) both reference “July” and email [email protected] or comment on one of our facebook posts with your number choice.

Once all numbers are sold, the winner will be picked.  If you desired number has already gone we will pick one for you at random.

This will raise £1000.00 for Dolly, which will go a long way towards her care, but more than likely not cover all the treatment she is going to need.  But every little helps right?

Welcome Dolly, we will get you more comfortable lovely lady

Thank you to Dolly’s transport team and her foster family.
