Camp Basset 2022 was such an amazing hit (Thank you Sally King and your troop of helpers) that Sally has agreed to hold the event again for our 10th Anniversary!)
Camp Basset, Basset Rescue Network of Great Britain’s 10th Anniversary Edition, will run from Friday, August 11th until Sunday, August 13th, 2023 near Wickford, Essex. There will be a fun day on Saturday August 12th open to all.
Costs:
Campers, £30 per person
Fun Day only, £20 per person,
But if you book and pay BEFORE May 31st 2023, you get last year’s rate of Campers £25 per person and Fun Day £15 per person.
All dogs go free of charge.

Please include the names of your party, the number of dogs you are bringing and in the case of campers, the type and size of your tent/caravan/campervan.
A non returnable deposit of £10 will secure your booking at last year’s price if full payment is made by May 31st 2023.
All bookings must be made in advance. An area of the site is securely fenced off for the social and fun day events, but the wider site is not fenced.
What’s included:
Friday: Campers arrive and set up at the rural address. Informal social evening. The site is “wild”. This means a toilet and drinking water tap are the only facilities offered.
Saturday: The fun day is open to all. It starts with a walk in the surrounding countryside. This is followed by a barbecue. In the afternoon there will be a series of light-hearted competitions for you and your dogs to take part in, such as Longest Ears, Best Treat Catcher and Fancy Dress. This will be followed by a special Bake-Off Birthday Tea, celebrating BRNGB’s 10th anniversary. In the evening there will be a quiz night.
Sunday: A morning walk, then packing up.
