We’ve been a bit behind with updating everyone on the wonderful Hounds in our care, so here’s a round up of Welcome to the Family, Pink Sofa and Hounds currently under assessment.
Please do not apply to adopt any of these hounds, they are either under assessment, or have found their forever families.
Congratulations
to Tuppie, BuzzBee, Lara, Benji and Winter, Barney, Albus, Penny, Lola, Dougie and Wilma all who have found their forever homes since our last pink sofa update.
We are so pleased you have all found your happy ever after, and we love getting updates and providing any support the hounds and their new families need when they all transition to their new lives.
Welcome to the family
Welcome to the BRNGB family, Bowie, Maggie, Mikey, Fred and Cooper.
Bowie is 5 years old and so full of life.
He has a bit of an ear infection at the moment and needs to be neutered.
He’s been described by him family as a loving, lazy, needy boy who loves to meet everyone and sniff everything!
Maggie is only a baby at 10 months old.
She will need full assessment as we have very little information on here as she was surrendered by a family who had only recently adopted her from elsewhere.
She also needs spaying.
She’s loving having a basset play mate in her foster home and seems to be a happy girl.
Mikey is just over 1 year old.
He suffers with separation anxiety, can be hand shy and certain foods upset his tummy and skin.
He’s settling really well in foster life as you can see, he’s found his spot on the sofa, whilst he’s being assessed and is just a lovely lad.
Fred is an older gentleman.
He’s settled very well into foster life and enjoys a potter about.
He does suffer with separation anxiety, and he will guard certain things he’s decided are his.
He’s a happy man though
Cooper is a year old.
In that year he’s had to have major surgery as he loves to eat stones and pebbles so needs eyes on him all the time!
He loves humans and other dogs and is a big lad for his age, but doesn’t like being home alone.
He’s loving being part of a pack in foster whilst undergoing his assessment.

In addition to the foster hounds just arrived, we are also assessing and caring for Barry, Bobby and Tina, BoJangles, Ada, Hugo, Panda and Winston
