Welcome Hector
Please give a big welcome to Hector who has re-joined the BRNGB family.
Hector originally joined the BRNGB family in March 2020 and was adopted by his foster family in June the same year.
As we know things change; not from want of trying of all involved. Sometimes reaching out to us under our full rescue back up is the hardest but best thing to do. Hector's family took the heartbreaking decision to surrender him back us this week.
He's just celebrated his 9th birthday with us and is settling in really well as you can see, he has a foster sibling and they are begining to understand each other and enjoy a little sofa snuggle together.
Hector has had his vet check, which every hound when they arrive with us has.
He has a nasty infection in his ear which we will get to the bottom of; a swab has been sent off and we will get the treatment he requires as soon as possible. The quotation we have received is in the region of £700, dependant on the results of the swab.
He's a very happy boy though and it's a joy to have him back with us.
Hector doesn't need a wish list, however if you would like to donate towards Hector's treatment there's a link below. (we have vet bills coming at us in all directions at the moment!)
